In September 2017, we welcomed 600 delegates from the four corners of the world to Cambridge. I was tasked with developing the brand, designing merchandise and creating all the publicity and conference management materials. Amongst the most challenging tasks was the 120 page programme, which detailed the timetable for 4 days of talks running in parallel, with a total of 500 talks. I integrated this brochure with an interactive Drupal site allowing delegates to populate their online calendar with the talks they wished to attend, and connect directly to the department and city maps.
