Leeds Playhouse underwent a dramatic rebrand in 2019 and hired me as their sole graphic designer for the season. I really love working with a repeat client because it gives me a chance to really get to know their output, their team, their audience and their goals. It's also important to ensure a consistent and coherent brand identity and I'd always recommend that clients ensure that their brand guidelines are created and maintained by a regular designer. This brochure was one of the Playhouse's key marketing materials for the sold-out season. I also acted as the 'guardian ' of the brand for the season, maintaining and managing their brand identity and even delivering brand design training to all staff.
